[Archon-L] training required for Archon

To use archon do you need expertise in IT or do you need specific
training.  I am an archivist with average IT skills.  We have converted
some of our collections lists into EAD and they are on Archon as part of
a publicly funded project.  I would like to continue the project and
bring it in house- which would mean acquiring skills in the use of
Archon and the conversion of Microsoft word lists in IASDG format into
EAD. Advice would be appreciated.
