[Archon-L] Archon import limits or logs

I am assuming that PHP determines the maximum size for a file to get 
imported into Archon. I have attempted to upload an EAD-XML file that 
hovers a shade over 1MB and it fails gracefully. I am sure it doesn't 
get imported but cannot determine where I can find useful information to 
determine if it is the WebServer, PHP, Archon or quite possibly me. :-)
