All those characters you mentioned seem fine. One possibility is that
your csv file still contains the heading line. That should have been
removed and we're planning on fixing the documentation before the next
release to clarify this. If that wasn't clear, the only lines your csv
file should contain are lines that describe content.
Would it be possible to see your file or at least part of it? Maybe
I'll be able to see a formatting issue.
