[Archon-L] Record Groups Identification Question

That sounds great, Kyle.
It may also serve as a quick and dirty workaround to the union catalog issue I mentioned the other day (ie. making separate classifications for each repository).
Rather than treating the top level of classification as record groups, we may see each one of those as repositories, with record groups underneath. We could use characters to make sure that top level lines up alphabetically.

This is essentially what the next upgrade script will do if we decide
to make the field hold letters. We'll also add a bit of logic to make
the Classification Number Minimum length configuration option do its
job but only when digits are the only characters you have entered.
