[Archon-L] EAD Output Error for Version 2.0

To fix this error, please place this file in a folder called ead so
the path for the file is {archonpath}/ead/ead.dtd.

We'll begin including this file with all future versions of Archon. It
will go into the folder packages/collections/lib/ but your next
upgrade should output xml files that reflect this change in directory
structure.
