[Archon-L] Bogus Results

Folks here have been noticing some bogus results in their queries and
I'm hoping someone has a fix.

If you do a search in our Archon instance, there are certain records
that get returned no matter what you search for, even nonsense searchers
like "dfasfdasdfadfade" (see
http://scrc.swem.wm.edu/search.php?q=dfasfdasdfadfade).

I thought because of the changes we had made to the interface there was
something in the source that was causing these records to be returned,
but I couldn't find anything. I then did a clean install with a new
schema instance, however, there are still results getting returned that
shouldn't be

Is there something in the way these records are getting added that could
cause this behavior? Something I'm totally missing in the code?
