My staff and I have been learning Archon and "populating" it for the
past few months. We're not ready to go public with it yet; it still
needs a lot of work and we still have many old inventories that need to
be brought up to date.

The biggest issue we've had with the software is that the classification
manager will only accept numerals for record groups -- and our
classification system uses letters. We've been using a temporary
work-around (by assigning arbitrary numbers to the record groups and
placing the "real" class numbers in the title). Can this be customized
for us?

I'm generally impressed by the package, however, and look forward to
